
In the first quarter of 2024, we decided to implement a new machine acquisition project to enhance the efficiency of laser cutting as a technological process. Automated manufacturing technology was a key direction for us, making it an essential criterion in our decision-making process.

After evaluating all criteria, we concluded that FIBER technology is the most suitable option, as it meets all our requirements and represents a new milestone for us. This led us to choose the TruLaser 5030 laser cutting machine, manufactured by TRUMPF GmbH, featuring 8KW laser power and a so-called LIFT MASTER COMPACT automation unit.

Since our company management is committed to the production of welded sheet metal components in high quality, they thought that it was absolutely necessary to increase customer trust in the production of these welded products. That is why we decided to obtain the MSZ EN ISO 3834-2:2021 welding certificate in the summer of 2022, which includes the certification of the welding robot, the operator and the welding plant also. These certifications guarantee that the welded sheet metal parts we produce meet the standards, the regulations and the high customer expectations.
