Firm history:
Our company's inception main activity was the production of locksmith components, metal constructions, combined with on-site installation. The production of fences, railings and staircases. However, our management imagined a larger and expanded construction of production in terms of future development. Therefore, consultations have been ongoing in-house, we get to the final determination by which, that our company evolve to a Sheet metal working company.Part of this development was inevitable purchase of sheet metal forming machines. Our first commissioned controlled by CNC machines were a plasma cutter and a flame cutter and a second-hand Amada Promecam bending equipment in 2009. In 2012 we got an opportinity to buy a Trumpf 3030 type Laser cutter machine what got 2,2kW power. To involvethe laser cutting like new technology into the production was the biggest progress in the history of Sari Metal Ltd. Our order portfolio has not only been subjected to machining of thick plate, but also fine-plate production.Then we decided to reform our company into a Metal sheet working company and to guide us through our acquisition of further machines and certifications. Our quality management system was acquired in 2013,MSZ EN ISO 9001:2009 certification. we bought a new 170 tons Hesse CNC Bender in 2014, in 2015 and ESAB Warrior 500i Co and a ESAB TIG 315 AC/DC welding machine over and above two piece SOYER type of stud welding machines. In 2016 we could obtain a Trumpf 3050 type 6kW laser power laser cutter machine, a CEA Spot welding machine and a Roscamat Threading machine, later in 2017 within the framework of state aid we could buy an AMADA HFE M2 CNC Folding machine. Combining these technologies with the basic metal-working techniques, we have created a company that is capable of complex sheet metal parts and metal structures overall production.
