In 2023, we decided to implement an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, as we had already experienced and recognized its many advantages through our partners. The only question was when and which system to implement. It was essential to consider compatibility with most of our existing equipment. We gathered varying amounts of information about several systems, and numerous manufacturers offered excellent solutions to this question. Ultimately, we decided on the OSEON system, developed by Trumpf GmbH. Implementing and using an ERP system provides numerous benefits for our company, particularly in improving efficiency, transparency, and competitiveness.
Some key aspects of our system:

1. Integrated Operation
- The system enables the automatic sharing of necessary data. Currently, we use a tablet-based solution across the entire production area, ensuring seamless communication between different workstations.
- It facilitates easy access to up-to-date information, eliminating all potential errors that may occur during production.

2. More Efficient Processes
- Automates repetitive tasks, reducing the likelihood of human errors.
- Optimizes inventory management, procurement, and production, saving time and costs.
- Enhances customer relationship management.

3. Real-Time Data and Transparency
- Our ERP system provides real-time information on all components involved in production, giving us a more accurate picture of the current production status and the condition of manufactured products.
- It supports business performance analysis by offering detailed reports and insights that aid decision-making.

4. Flexibility and Scalability
- Our ERP system can expand and be customized as the company grows. Thanks to continuous software support, it introduces new features that assist in our daily operations.

5. Improved Customer Service
- Customer data and requirements are available in one place, enabling faster and more personalized service.
- Automated processes reduce order errors and accelerate fulfillment.

6. Long-Term Cost Savings
- Although implementing the ERP system initially required a significant investment, in the long run, we see considerable savings through automation, increased efficiency, and reduced errors.
- It minimizes excess inventory and improves procurement processes.
Summary
Our ERP system helps our company manage resources more effectively, reduce costs, and increase productivity while ensuring more transparent operations.
