Haeger 618 feastener insertion system
The Haeger 618MSP-He-PS is a hydraulic press machine with a maximum compression of 53kN, with a patented dual safety system, with a 457 mm penetration depth and a stroke-lockable cylinder. The machine has been developed to install a push-in fastener, but it also supports direct disc joint technology. As standard, the machine can be operated with manual feed, repeating the set force with an accuracy of +/- 2%. Extendable with MAS-350 dosing system for automatic tooling and T.I.S. with a rotating anvil support system that can be used to insert a plurality of different engagement elements with a workpiece grip.
It is suitable for simple, conductive and non-conductive materials.
